PDF Viewer Integration

PDF Viewer Integration is an add-on for Dynamics 365 Business Central developed by BCILITY, allowing users to view PDF versions of documents directly on the record page without needing to download the file or open additional windows.

This add-on enhances the user experience by enabling quick document previews (e.g., invoices) directly from the factbox on pages such as Posted Sales Invoices or Posted Purchase Invoices.

1. How to Use It

For example open the Posted Sales Invoices card and access any posted invoice from the list. On the right side in the factbox or Details section, you will immediately see the invoice in PDF format.

PDFView

You can navigate through the list of posted invoices using the arrows, and the PDF invoice for each accessed record will load in the background.
